Lister Steps are at an exciting point in our journey as a charity. With work on The Old Library nearly complete, we are preparing to move into our new home and expand our services, with new challenges & opportunities on the horizon.
As our business grows, so does our team. We are currently recruiting new Trustees to join our Board and ensure that we have all the support we need to take Lister Steps into this next phase of delivery.
We welcome applications from conscientious, committed and enthusiastic individuals with a range of skills & experiences to ensure that our Board reflects the diversity of the communities we work within. We would particularly like to hear from those with backgrounds in key areas of our future business development, including:
Trustees will be expected to attend regular meetings (usually in person but virtually for now!), undertake work in their own time as required, connect us with key professional networks and take a hands-on interest in supporting the day-to-day activities of the charity.
By joining the Lister Steps team at this exciting stage, you will play a key role in ensuring The Old Library project becomes a successful, sustainable and relevant resource in our local community and will help us achieve our long-term aim of creating positive ripples throughout L13 and beyond.
